Congi
1 tbl oil
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 onion finely chopped
400gm minced chicken
50gm grated ginger
1 tsp pepper
2 tbl fish sauce
2 tbl white sugar
1 cup rice
Heat oil in pot add onions and sauté until soft add garlic. Cook for a few more minutes. Add chicken and stir until cooked.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
