Chicken Chowder Soup
Ingredients
250gm Bacon diced
2 Large Onions diced
4 stalks Celery Diced
3 Tbl Chopped Parsley
2 Tbl Flour
2 Potatoes Diced (about 800gm)
2 Liters Chicken Stock
1 Mug Milk
½ cup noodles
Fry Bacon then drain. Saute Onions and celery until soft. Add bacon stir in flour cook for one minute. Blend in stock. Bring to boil add potatoes simmer until potatoes are cooked. Stir in milk and parsley.
