Chicken Satay

Juice 1 lemon

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 clove crushed garlic

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon sambal olek

1 teaspoon black pepper

500gm chicken pieces

peanut oil for frying

Mix all ingredients into bowl and marinate in fridge for about 6 hours. Thread meat onto skewers and cook in a fry pan brushed with a little oil. Should only take a few minutes to cook each side.
