Garden Salad

Dressing

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

juice of 1 lemon

1 dessertspoon balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

Mix all ingredients together then pour over salad mix

1 finely chopped red onion

1 tomato diced

1 cucumber peeled sliced and de seeded

300gm green salad mix
