Meringues
4 Egg Whites
1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
1 & 1/4 Cup Castor Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Sprinkle with Hundreds and Thousands if desired
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer on highest speed for 15 minutes. Put half dessertspoons of mixture onto tray covered with aluminum foil. Put into preheated moderate oven (160C). Immediately turn oven onto lowest setting (120C). Cook for approx 45 minutes. Turn off oven let cool for 30 minutes before taking out.
