Greek Lemon Potatoes

Ingredients

1.2kg Potatoes

½ cup Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Butter

2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

2 Teaspoon dried Oregano

6 minced garlic cloves

1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients in bowl place in baking tray cover with foil and bake in hot oven (200C) for about 30 minutes. Take foil off cook further 30minutes.
