Orange and Lemon Cordial

Ingredients

3 Oranges

3 Lemons

2 Kg White Sugar

50gm Citric Acid – 6 dessertspoons

25gm Tartaric Acid – 3 dessertspoons

2Litres of Boiling Water

Put into Bowl (not metal preferably ceramic) sugar, acids, salts. Zest rind of oranges and lemons put into sugar mix. Juice lemons and oranges put into sugar mix. Add boiling water stir well. Let sit overnight then strain mixture into bottles and store in refrigerator. Makes approx 4 litres
